Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added upon checkout.
All orders have a processing time of 2-5 days to leave our warehouse.
Some items may take 5-7 business days to arrive within Australia. (Saisho Collection) *Please note, most of our products/items are now sent out from our warehouse in China and can take up to 10-14 days to arrive.
Overseas orders can take anywhere from 10-14 business days onwards. (This may be shorter, if your country is situated close to China and if the item is not a part of our Saisho Collection.)
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. *Please note that there may be delays due to Covid-19.
We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
No, we don’t provide shipping insurance on orders. However, please reach out to us and we’ll try our best to assist.
Product
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is processed. If you have not received a confirmation email please check your junk/spam folders as they can be hiding in there.
AUD is our default display of currency as we’re based in Australia. Please note that conversions upon check out may vary depending on your credit card company.
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Our clothing collections are not restocked, once sold out they will be replaced by the next collection. The product may be brought back by popular demand or as a seasonal special.
Unfortunately, Niwa the Label are unable nor responsible for the amendments of orders once they have been placed due to the volume of processed sales. Please ensure that your correct details have been entered before confirming your checkout.
