All you need to know about our Shipping

Niwa the Label uses all major carriers and local courier partners and every order will contain and shipment tracking number. Shipping costs will be calculated upon check out.

All orders have a processing time of 2-5 business days to leave our warehouse. However, it can take up to 7 business days during launch or sale periods due to the influx of orders processed. If you need your order to be shipped urgently or at a certain date, please contact us at hello@niwathelabel.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Holiday Season

During holiday season and peak times throughout the year, we're going to be experiencing an influx on orders. This will affect both our dispatching and also shipping times - please try order ahead of time to avoid any disappointments.

Covid-19 Delays

Due to Covid-19, both orders within and outside of Australia will bound to be delayed with postage services. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Important Note

- We cannot be held responsible for postage issues once the order has left the warehouse, but we will try our best to contact the chosen carrier or courier service used to settle any lost, late or missing item/s.
- Domestic orders are defaulted on “signature on delivery” which you can opt out to “leave at a safe place”. However, due to Covid-19 - many couriers no longer offer this due to social distancing which we will not be held liable for. Please be reminded that if you choose to opt out of signature on delivery, we cannot be held responsible if your order is lost or missing.
- International orders do not include insurance and/or "signature on delivery" by default - if you wish to purchase extra insurance or other options, please contact us immediately after placing order so we can assist accordingly.
- *International orders - Please note any additional importation charges, taxes or customs duties incurred within the recipient's country is the responsibility of the buyer/recipient. Your delivery charge does not include these additional charges.
