Niwa the Label make every effort to ensure that all products have clear descriptions with as much detail as possible including sizing and colour of garment
Please kindly contact us directly if you’re not satisfied with the product that you’ve received and we’ll be more than happy to assist and resolve the issue if possible. If this can’t be achieved after reaching out to us, then we can offer an exchange, store credit or refund within 7 days where applicable.
*Returns won’t be accepted simply due to “change of mind”.
*The returned product must be unworn and proven to still be in brand new condition with all labels/tags intact – exchanges and refunds can’t be offered if the item is suspected to be worn already. (We will be reasonable with this).
Exchanges can’t always be guaranteed if the item returned is already low on stock when returns are processed. However, we will try our best to avoid any disappointments.
Depending on the circumstance, Niwa the Label may not cover the returned shipping expense, and will be at buyer’s discretion. If this is the case, we highly recommend that tracking is purchased when returning an item as we cannot be held accountable and will not be able to process the return if the item is lost.
Can't be Returned
Due to hygiene reasons - hats, socks, teethers, hair accessories, utensils, underwear, swimmers, etc. can't be processed for returns unless item is faulty. (This will be up to our discretion to judge whether the item can be returned or not - we will be reasonable, however it may differ from case to case) *Any items containing animal fur or cigarette smoke etc. can't be returned as this is a serious health risk.
Faulty Items
We take pride in thoroughly inspecting all items before being packaged and posted out to you. Please contact us directly if any items have arrived damaged and we will assist with the situation. Once the item has been returned and inspected then a refund, store credit or replacement will be offered if available. *Return shipping will be at our expense.
7 Days
We understand that all purchases may not be what you have envisioned. Once your item has been delivered, you have 7 days to contact us and return your item/s.
Sale Items
No returns will be processed on any discounted/promotional items unless the item is proven to be faulty.
Important Note
- We carefully monitor return activity due abuse of our policy and reserve the right to reject or limit returns, exchanges or refunds.
- Niwa the Label reserves the right to prohibit sales to customers where we find suspicious and affiliated with any third-party facilitated online retail or websites.
- We are unable to offer any returns, exchanges or refunds outside of the 7 day window.
- Return instructions and address will be provided when you reach out to us.
- *International orders aren't eligible for any exchanges due to the nature of high international shipping costs. Your options will be discussed with you in detail.
